Dedicated support and training

We commit to deliver exceptional training courses constructed to facilitate individual worker’s progression and success. When you join Honor Care Limited, you will be expected to attend a mandatory seven day induction programme. This involves both theoretical and practical aspects of the understanding the process with a trainer who is highly skilled and experienced. You will attend many modules to enable you fully understand your duties and responsibilities as a formal carer including how you can contribute in providing the best service possible to our clients.

 

Our intensive induction programme abides by the CQC Common Induction Standards. Thus, it gives you assurance and piece of mind that you have been trained in accordance to the legislative training standards.  Additionally, our learning results are inextricably linked to the assessment eligibility of the Health & Social Care Diplomas level 2 & 3 all of which are contributing components towards your qualification in social care.
